Main House — Le Tuco

Behind the authentic facades of the main house, original elements are combined with contemporary furniture, high-quality natural materials, and elegant details. Charming French doors and large windows let in lots of natural light and offer a view over the vineyards and the well-kept garden. The main house offers a yoga studio, a lounge area, a television room, a dining room, a kitchen area, a billiard room and 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, on the second floor, a cosy attic room can be found (suited for 4 children).

- You enter the house in the beautiful long hallway that gives access to a large yoga studio on the left.
- A little further down the hallway is, on the right, a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- Further through you come to the entrance of a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, sink, and separate toilet.
- At the end of the hallway is the very large living (with air-conditioning) with several areas separated by semi-closed walls. Here you will find:
  - A lounge area with various sofas and a beautiful view on the nearby village and area
  - A television room with a Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix function
  - A dining room with a dining table for 8 or 16 people
  - A kitchen with a very large kitchen island with a sink. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator.
  - A billiard room
- In addition, there is a utility room with two additional refrigerators, a freezer, and a separate guest toilet.
In the hallway, a staircase goes up to the first floor. Here, you can find 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed (2m x 2.20m) and is equipped with air-conditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, a bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom has 2 large single beds that can easily be put together to make 1 king-size bed. The room has a beautiful view over the area and entrance of the property. The ensuite bathroom has a rain shower, two sinks and a separate toilet.
Further up, on the second floor, you will find a cozy attic room that sleeps 4 (suited for children only). There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is equipped with air conditioning.
